Do you ship internationally?
-Yes!
Do your prints come with the WAFALO watermark when I buy them?
-A few of them do. I made a mistake of merging layers together when I was just starting out the art print business, but now only the limited edition stuff for that month has the stamp on the back.
How can I get a refund on a print order?
-A few ways! You can email me asking for a refund if you check off at least one of these things listed below:
-The prints never arrived (provided you gave me the correct address.)
-The prints arrived damaged.
-Some or all of the prints are not what you ordered. (I am more than happy to send out the correct prints.)
-You don’t have the funds and need to allocate money wisely to something more important. Completely understandable, but please email me before I ship out the prints, otherwise it’s a no go.
Can I get a hi-res copy of one of your paintings? I want a version without the WAFALO logo on it for my own personal use, like as a background screen.
-I don’t offer that anymore since people have tried putting them up as NFTS, repost it as their own without my name or credits attached, and tried to sell them as merch.
I have everything online as 72 dpi to diminish the quality if other people tried to print them, so the only way you can get a 300 dpi copy is when you order a physical print from my shop, or when I sent you the hi-res digital file of your commissioned, physical painting.
I received my package in the mail but didn’t get a few of the things I ordered. What do I do?
-Email me at artbywafalo@gmail.com, and I’ll get to remedying the error as soon as I can.
What are you unwilling to paint when doing a commission?
-Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, overt gore, sexualized children, logos, and portraits of real people.
I think so-and-so would look great in your style.

What do you use to paint and do art with?
-Acrylic paint, gouache, and some brushes I found on the ground. For digital stuff, I use Procreate.
You haven’t responded to my email in a week or so, what’s the deal?
-First off, my apologies. I am probably busy with family or life issues, or your email got sent the bottom of a pile of newer emails. Please feel free to nudge me nicely! I’m only human!
Why don’t you answer my dms on social media?
-My anxiety’s pretty bad, and I feel guilty not responding and pressured to keep up a conversation. It exhausts me wildly. If you have any questions or comments, I’m more likely to answer on comments or even Twitch when I’m streaming!
