WHAT IS THIS EARLY BIRD SPECIAL?

• The first 40 customers who purchase the PLANETFALL playmat will receive my very first prototype of the Beast Pirates Nami and Robin DON Cards! These have gold-foiled text and a weird, subtle, thick, velvety texture. They almost somehow feel expensive…

WHY CAN’T I PURCHASE OTHER THINGS FROM YOUR STORE?

• A number of reasons! For one, I’ll be on vacation and can’t ship out orders in a timely fashion. It’ll also be easier for me to manage orders that are strictly play mats and don cards when packing them for shipment.

• It should be open and restocked in June.

YOU’RE ALREADY PUTTING OUT MORE PLAYMAT PREORDERS WHEN MY ORDER FROM DECEMBER STILL HASN’T ARRIVED?

• Having seen the playmat quality, I’m happy that they look great, and hope you will too.

• Also, I will be on vacation for a good portion of May, so I won’t be able to do my usual shop openings at that time.

BY SOME MEANS, I’VE MISSED THIS PREORDER; IS THERE A WAY TO STILL GET THESE ITEMS?

• Nope! After this, they will never be sold again.

THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST ON YOUR SITE IS EXPENSIVE…

• I blame the economy! But in all seriousness, nowadays, it does cost me about 30 USD to ship outside of the US, and the costs are getting worse, and this isn’t including the packing materials. Something I recommend is making a bulk purchase with friends, so that way the shipping cost is divided and more importantly, cheaper for you and me.

WHEN WILL THESE BE SHIPPED?

• After May, I’ll take count of every order and start the process! It often takes about a month or two (sometimes longer) to communicate, make quality checks, manufacturing, shipping them over to me, and then FINALLY packing and shipping them out to you. Tentatively, I want to say AUGUST, but if not, I’ll have either have:

• and emails every so often to keep you in the loop.

• Email is usually the best way, and you can contact me at artbywafalo@gmail.com for any inquiries. I don’t answer dms on Instagram or Twitter, as it’s hard to manage and annoying to keep track of.

• Additionally, please make sure you fill out the shipping address portion correctly! I’ve had a lot of customers fill out the forms wrong, and when I email them, there’s no response because it’s either gone to the spam folder, or they’ve given an invalid email. You can avoid this hubbub by being thorough the first time!
